Palo Santo grows in the dry forests of Piura and Tumbes. When a tree dies naturally, its wood stays on the ground for years until it develops the sweet aroma that makes it unique. We only collect that wood, with authorization from SERFOR, Peru's national forestry authority, so that the forest keeps regenerating.
